what is the best qualification certificate courses to do along with an IT digree.?

Microsoft certifications, oracle certifications or they do not provide much of an advantage to find a job....?

Microsoft and Cisco are good, so is PMP and Cyber Security. Any certification and or training you can get your hands on will only help your chances.
