im 23 old male. I do wear spetacles for about 13 years. And for about 4 years i didn't want to change my glasses ( not getting weaker anymore).

And now i want to wear contact lenses due to my life style. I went to a opto shop. and they gave me contact lences of -5.0 for left eye and -4.5 for right eye. But after i wear them i couldn't see like i see with my spectacles.

Is it because my eyes are so weak that there aren't specific powered contact lenses for my eyes. ?

but I've read somewhere that there are special type of contact lenses for this kind of cases.

Visiting cricket section after a while. :) Im not following cricket as much as i used to do. In past few years, SL were always considered a front runner in major ICC tournaments. but this time they look really out of form, specially their faster bowlers, Malinga and Kulasekara. Both of them went close to 10 an over in the match against NZ.

This is really bad for SL cricket. Sri Lankan cricket fans always expect their national team to do well in major tournaments. For a team which do not perform well in test cricket and do not have considerable fan base for test cricket, losing their stream in ODI's would make it really bleak for cricket in general in Sri Lanka.

These are SL's record in tests after year 2000, because SL their test status in 1982 it's not fair to consider their full record in deciding how good(or bad) they were in tests.

Both these players have blasted SL bowlers. Sachin did it for many years now Kohli is doing it. But their popularity among SL fans is at the opposite ends of scale. Many of my friends say they don't like Kohli's attitudes ( but I personally don't think Kohli is that bad). But I've never seen any SLns ever talk negatively about Sachin. Is personality the biggest difference between those two players.? Could Kohli's personality problems affect his success in the long run.?

if you look at Australia they always produce fast bowlers, bowlers who try to ball real fast and they haven't produced great swing bowlers McGrath was an exception there. And exept for Warne they haven't produced a effective spin bowler.

England, always have good swing bowlers, not really quick bowlers. And same as Australia they haven't produced a good spinner except for Swann. (Of course Panesar is an indian)

South Africa, well I even can't remember their spinners name except for Paul Adams cuz of his strange bowling action.

Ind and SL are all about spinners. even though Vaas and Zaheer were great swing bowlers.

He's retired recently.It seems no one even noticed it (except for SLns). He had a great test career maintaining avg of 49 for 81 tests. He's a good all round test cricketer. His recent performance in SA was a example for it. But highly underrated. When someone is talking about SL batting, its all about Sangakkara and Jayawardena. But I rate Samaraweera on par with those two in tests. Think it was too early for him to retire.

How do you compare him with VVS Laxman and Younis Khan....?

Microsoft certifications, oracle certifications or they do not provide much of an advantage to find a job....?
