Can a twin have children?

    Yes, unless they are infertile, which would be for OTHER reasons, not because they are a twin.

    If identical twins both have children, then those children are genetic half-siblings, because their identical mothers would have the same DNA. The children would still be 1st cousins, genealogically.

    If fraternal twins both have children, then those children are genetic 1st cousins, like any other children of siblings.

    Why wouldn't they be able to?

    Being a twin has absolutely nothing to do with your long term health. If there is something wrong with you it is not because you are a twin.
