front USB PORT IS NOT WORKING?
pc OF P4 /DDR2 / 1GB RAM, I have recently installed windows 7, all functions are ok but two Front usb ports are not working, (after inserting usb devise no action displayed)
the back ports one is connected with USB MOUSE and other is with printer are working well. this means that drivers are functioning. sound CD every thing is working well.
for front plug It seems the hardware is ok, because i tried to unplug from the socket to insert it again, but it is fixed tightly and I was afraid to remove it from the socket.
can some one suggest to help this situation!

front panels are connected using internel headers. check the cables hope this will work if you dont have any software problems

have u checked the bios setup? See whether the front two usb ports are set enabled or not....you might have accidentally disabled the front two ports in the bios setup

Check your usb hardware.on your front side. Check for right software and driver.
