Are my Gaming PC specs any good?

I have an Intel Pentium 4 - overclocked to 2.8 ghz. And it is cooled by a special cooling system using supercooled rubbing alcohol in my water cooling kit. The radiator is is inside a supercooled modified mini fridge to keep the coolant at -20 degrees on the cold side.

The system has a 4gb of pc133 ram and an AGP graphics card (ATI RAGE) with 256mb Vram. The graphics has a DVI - VGA and Svideo output.

The system has a Yamaha pci sound card, 10mbps linksys ethernet card, and a US Robotics 56k modem

Storage is a 320gb HDD, a 3.5 and 5.25 inch floppy disk drive, CD-ROM drive , DVD burner, Zip drive and and card reader with 2 front side USB ports for flash drives and a tape drive

The system is Triple Boot with windows 98, windows XP and Windows Vista Ultimate.

Update:

What should I upgrade? Maybe overclock the FSB?

Maybe get a better cooler on my chipset somehow?

Add a second 500gb hdd?

Update 2:

The games I play on there are Fate, League of Legends, Minecraft, WOW, and Roblox

I also play some older titles from the 90s

I also do some Instagram + YouTube postings (non gaming related) and my photos look crappy, would a better graphics card (maybe can find a 512 mb vram ago card) would the upgraded graphics card make my photos better?

Would overclocking the GPU be an option?

Update 3:

Could my peripherals be better. I have a VGA monitor 20 inch. A joystick connected to a midi game port. A Microsoft Intellimouse and a key Tronic keyboard.

I have an Hp desk jet printer 🖨  620 connected to a parallel port and an HO usb Scanner and a boom mic on my desk. I have a 2.1 channel altec Lansing sound system with a subwoofer.

    Well, the good news is....

The Altec Lansing 2.1 channel sound system with subwoofer tripled the value of your computer system.

Doom should run pretty well on that rig. You're good to go.

I would say that it is very outdated, but if you only play old games it might be just fine for that.
