Well, you see, i used to watch this cartoon mivie when i was a child

I believe it is a korean movie(since thats how i watched it) but it could be of other

Summary:
Theres this killer whale chasing its prey and it runs into an iceberg, which displaces it and floats it to a small river in a town. In it was a little  magical green dinosaur. After a while, he and the children that found him go to his home planet on a flying violin. It is taken ovrr by bad guys. 
After a while they save the day, all the bad guys turn into humans and the green dinisaur's pink dinosaur mother gets turned back from stone.

Synopsis of the animated series:
Dooly (Doolie) is a baby dinosaur that was kidnapped by aliens, who had been experimented to give him magical powers. When he returned to Earth, he was trapped in the ice glacier causing him to faint during the Ice Age. About 10 million years later, one of the glaciers broke off and he came to Seoul. He is like a typical kid who likes to eat and play all the time, but he can come across as being somewhat audacious, living the life of an orphan. Behind his thoughtful words, Dooly is just another baby dinosaur who misses his mother dinosaur. He is found by Younghee and Chulsoo, and so their adventure begins.
