Scammed/ Advice Please - asap?
Some weeks ago I got an email from 'Post Office' about a parcel to be collected and I clicked on the FEDEX Icon to get the details. After checking further at PO and Fedex it was a scam. Since my Bank account has been scammed (Honk kong & USA ) with card no I used to buy on line. I have Norton 360. anti-v. How can I get my Computer back to as safe as possible like previous. Do I have to take it to some Comp fixer. I am not IT literate and would not be able to follow instructions like remove and replace.

some times Anti virus wont help . you have to make your web browsing safe and secure . i know a company who give technical support . You can call them and ask assistance , there will be a charge for the service but you will be protected by this people . check http://mytechgurus.com/

If you are not IT literate take your computer to be professionally repaired right away before there is even more damage to your finances and account. IF they accessed your bank account they have access to any other site you visit, your passwords, etc
