Help?! I don't understand?!?!?!?!?!?

K I started talking to this guy on bbm who's a friend of a friend but he started saying loads of stuff that seemed a little weird. He said he was in a regiment in the army but he's fifteen. Then he started saying stuff like he used to self harm but he didn't seem like it. Ok he could be acting like he's fine but still. Then a week ago I asked if the girl in his name was his gf but then he was like no I'm just doing it so she doesn't get a hard time from the others. And then quite recently he said he broke up with her and was like I miss my gf I love her?? Then when he first talked to me he got shot in the foot and was in a hospital but he was in physio and jogging the next morning. I'm no physiotherapist but can a Orson recover that quickly??
