I want to do some running and circuit training but I don't want to have to find a personal trainer. Can I ask my mum to assess me?

I need to do my physical session and I'm just thinking of doing some running and circuit training. I don't want to have to find a personal trainer but is it possible for my mum to assess me instead??

I'm under sixteen and I live in the UK. I've been thinking about going to the GP for an appointment but I'm not sure if I would have to have my parents permission?? Does anyone know the legal side of things and whether I can go alone or not. If you think it's important, I've been worried about my stress levels and my attention span.

I've been told twice now by guys who I thought were friends, that they felt a little more than friendliness towards me. But I never got any of those signals or wanting signs. Stupid Cosmo and magazines all say the same thing and they never happened so what the hell?? And other times I've been worried about reading 'signals' and then telling the guy if he meant anything and it turns out he didnt... So yeh. Please enlighten me about the mysteries of the male mind... X

I avoided the word abolish because it sounds quite aggressive which I'm not. I'll be honest and say that I'm in favour for Britain becoming a republican country. Do you think the monarchy should go?? Quite frankly, I'm surprised they're still here because there are so many valid reasons why there's no need for them anymore. Before you all condemn me and say I hate the royal family, I don't; I just don't see the need for them at all, especially in this modern day. I love history and I've enjoyed learning about kings and queens of England and Great Britain but it seems to me that monarchs are doing a lot less. I know probably the most popular argument for the monarchy is the revenue from tourism but France isn't doing too bad with tourism. I'm sure Americans wouldn't mind comic over haut to here us say watermelon(that was a joke I'm sorry if I offended anyone). So tell me if you think they should stay or go. The reason I'm not providing arguments against them is because I've learnt so many I can't write them all down. Whereas the arguments for the monarchy can be summarised in a good sized paragraphs. Moreover, they can be counterargued very well.

I had a really close friend but we've had an argument and treating me differently. We have arguments and usually everything's normal in a while but this time it hasn't. I was all for frgettig it seeing as I'm not one for holding grudges but she can't seem to let go of it. Even before this argument she "stole" a few friends that I got close to. lately a guy I used to be close to has been talking to the friend so often you'd think they were a couple or something. I'm not exaggerating when I say that she's gotten between me and about six guys.

Last day of term I was gonna go out with a friend when she says she's going with my "friend" so I felt really awkward and excluded so I just went home. So it feels like she's turning my other friends away from me too. I'd confront her but I'm not up for a big bust up with the head of year involved. Been there done that. Advice would be very welcome. X

my edges arent shocking or anything theyre pretty good and decent and consistent enough to do higher elements but there's definitely room for improvement. Does anyone know any really good exercises both on and off ice to help improving these. I know most people will say practice but it would help if you could say what i should practice... i spend about 1/4 of my practice time on edges but they just seem to have plateaued :(, also i find my inside edges harder not by much but i can feel it than my outside edges.

A great five book series should be accompanied by a just as great five film series and not a mediocre three film series which only seems mediocre if you've never read the books. I get that even if they decided to remake it it would be years before they started but I really hope they do because its so sad that a writer who put so much into five books can only get these three almost unrecognisable movies when his books are appreciated by so many people. And people need a new movie franchise to get hooked into seeing as movies like harry potter etc. have all ended. The movies I think would be a great success as long as they actually listened to the books. I get that the movies are just based on the books but im sure, what with so many people having read them, far more people would enjoy them. Do you agree?? Could they remake it?? Alright rant over =P

I'm a little annoyed because I read the books when I was younger and I was very fond of them. I loved rick riordan s style of writing especially his humour and then they kind of killed it all with the movie. There's so many things wrong with it it's easier and shorter to list what's right than what's wrong. Do you think they might ever remake the movie and do it properly?? Shame to put a good book to waste when it has great potential to be a popular movie especially now that most movie franchises have ended or are coming to an end.

I have this thing where after I shower I cannot touch anything which hasn't been disinfected. I have a shower each night and after my shower I just get this niggling thought of horrible germs and bacteria. My bed is my safe haven if you like and I just can't let anything not clean touch it. It's gotten to the point that when we went on a school trip, I had a little moment when someone nudged me after i had a shower and I had to carry around an antibacterial spray with me. Is this weird or am I just being paranoid. I hate doing anything to do with the number four, I honestly don't know why. And i hate the number so much that I've decided I want to have six kids... Me and my friends were gonna go for a skate but I'm not sure if they're gonna be open. We were planning on going tomorrow to Alexandra palace. Please help

Recently we had an argument over a project where we had to do designs. I aid that I would do them but then we didn't have time because I was doing the speech and so my friends did the design. The next day I had time so I drew over the design and when my friend found out they got really mad and dragged all their other friends into it. I can understand why they got mad and I apologised but they won't tell me what they want from me. I said I was sorry and they said that it wasn't enough and that I needed to do more to make up but they won't tell me what. It's not just that the girl who dragged everyone in doesn't like me and I'm not saying that's why this argument happened I'm just saying that she doesn't like me and its causing a few problems. She's never hugged me and she'll be nice if she wants something from me but then she won't care about me at all if she doesn't. And she won't listen to me either. She used to hang out with a different group of friends until she recently came to our group of friends. Since then its felt like she's trying to stop them from liking me. They've had meet ups and sleepovers and gathering with out me and I feel a bit left out. All she can say about me is bad stuff and she doesn't even look me in the eye when she talks to me and then she goes and tells me I'm rude for drawing over someone else's work which I know it was but I find a little hypocritical. Another thing that happened w a friend got stroppy over something I said because she took it the wrong way. When she started crying everyone just gathered round her and didn't even decide to listen to my side even if it was wrong apt hey just judged me. I hit another girl for a joke and she said it really hurt so i apologized. then the next day she elbowed me in the face which was by accident and she apologized so i understand. but then she was like next person who screams gets a slap and i said ahh really quietly like just speaking as a joke and she slapped me really hard across the face which hurt and left a mark. the friend who doesnt like me said that friends should treat their friends nicely and she deliberatley said it loud enough so that i could hear and i know i did wrong but i apologized and i dont know what they want me to do. Sorry to sound like a stuck up snob if I sound like one but I genuinely don't know what they want me to do. I've forgiven them when they apologise so I don't know what to do.

K I started talking to this guy on bbm who's a friend of a friend but he started saying loads of stuff that seemed a little weird. He said he was in a regiment in the army but he's fifteen. Then he started saying stuff like he used to self harm but he didn't seem like it. Ok he could be acting like he's fine but still. Then a week ago I asked if the girl in his name was his gf but then he was like no I'm just doing it so she doesn't get a hard time from the others. And then quite recently he said he broke up with her and was like I miss my gf I love her?? Then when he first talked to me he got shot in the foot and was in a hospital but he was in physio and jogging the next morning. I'm no physiotherapist but can a Orson recover that quickly??

I'm going on holiday in summer an I'd need some feel good songs to play. Any recommendations?? Main stream musice fine by me. Nothing calm and relaxing I've got a separate playlist for that ;) loud party ish ones. Thx

Which do you prefer a girl with hair up or just down loose

When I'm sitting down and practise stuff my turnouts great feet knees turned out from the hip cool. But when I actually try the exercises at the barre its hopeless I know I have the turnout I just need to learn how to use it. I've been practising with therabands for about a month and a half now and there's been no improvement does anyone have good exercises which will help??

Like modern movie music. You know those really nice ones like the really nice moviey ones hard to describe XD. but you know what I mean??
