How do I get back a handy tool on my Android Smart Phone?

I have an HTC Wildfire S. It had a tool that you can touch to adjust or turn on/off GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Connection and Brightness (there might have been something else, but I'm not sure). I inadvertently deleted it by dragging it unintentionally, and I can't find out how to get it back. Any help would be appreciated.

    Ok go ahead and when your on the home screen hold your finger on the screen and when it comes up on a menu select widgets>power savings widget and there you go
