i started jogging on spot?

i am full time mum

every night i started jogging on spot i started with 10 minutes i want to move up to 15 minutes after 1 week i jogging every night 7 days will this lose weight for me

    I know you have a busy schedule but you might want to consider the jog early in the morning to kickstart your metabolism before you put breakfast on the table for your family.

    An early jog or any activity that makes your heart beat faster and makes you perspire will burn calories throughout the day. An evening jog is good for you also ... perhaps you can take your crew to the park after dinner for an hour of fun/exercise a few nights a week as well. Fit mom, fit kids.

    Depends how much you eat. I would suggest jogging until you can't anymore.
