Will My Muscles Get Used To This?

For most of the week now I seem to have sore muscles until the weekend where I get to rest. I have been used to doing all of this exercise for quite a while, but always after doing these sports I get sore muscles. I do all-star cheerleading twice a week, PE three times a week and gymnastics once a week, some of these things fall on the same day.

What can I do to stop my muscles hurting the next day? Will they always hurt after sport?

Soreness just means that your body is repairing the torn muscle fibers with stronger ones. I have read on various websites that there is no way to stop it but I found that whey protein powder with skim milk helps a lot after a tough workout.

Your muscles should build up endurance if you continue to do this, which is good. If you're interested in muscle gain as well, which will help with the soreness a little, I recommend putting more protein in your diet.
