Have you noticed this lately?
In jokes and riddle section have you noticed the amount of non-jokes or non riddles but a lot of question on going back to school /personal problems questions that do not conform to that section but appear to be allowed When it is a genuine joke/riddle there is a serious problem with violation notices How does this work ?

I think that Y!A, regardless of category has become a bit of a "free for all" people get a way with stupid things... these are going to be dumb kids that won't be online for more then a few months, abandon their account and possibly troll along the way and then report you if you are not with in the guidelines... you cannot report them because they are "trusted members"
Now I know I will occasionally post a serious question in the jokes and riddles section, or I should say used to, before all of Y!A became troll infested... the reason being is that the category that my question belonged in would get spammed by troll posts and I would never get the answer I was looking for. People are (or used to be) much nicer in the J&R category.
