Any meal/snack ideas for a diet? Vegetarian?

Any ideas what I could eat on a diet I'm vegetarian and I want to eat healthy, any meal ideas. And also any snack ideas? I'm struggling to find tasty enjoyable snacks. Thanks so much for your time!

    Grapes are good with cheese and crackers, nature valley granola bars are good snack, salads, (fruit salads, vegetable salads, or you can do both and mix up fruits and vegetables) soups that are vegetarian based, plain yogurt, tomato sandwich, tofu is also good and healthy:)

    Here's a tasty and healthy sample meal plan, vegetarian style-

    Breakfast-

    2 whole egg omelet with spinach and tomato

    1 piece whole wheat toast with honey

    10 oz OJ

    Snack-

    apple

    Lunch-

    Grilled Cheese sandwich with tomatoes

    baked sweet potato with Cinnamon

    diet coke

    Snack-

    banana

    Dinner-

    Black bean tacos with lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese

    cucumber salad with pecans

    red wine (if your of age)

    Here are some delicious and filling snacks:

    Canned beans (rinse well) + canned corn (rinse well) + chopped avocado and salsa

    Whole wheat spaghetti with lentils and spaghetti sauce

    Big bowl of spinach, with dressing

    Hummus and tortilla chips

    Raw baby carrots, dipped in mustard

    Small red or yellow potatoes, nuked in microwave until tender. Eat plain, or with a little salt or A-1 Steak Sauce (yes, it's vegetarian)

    Popcorn (seasoned however you prefer)

    Falafal and humus wrap

    Salads with pasta, or egg in

    Make vegetarian scotch eggs

    Sunday dinner without the meat (buy meat alternatives)

    Carrot sticks and humus

    Veg sausages, gravy and mash

    Pizza

    Dark chocolate

    Stuffed peppers

    Sandwiches

    Risotto

    Stir fryed veg with noodles

    if you're thinking of snacks to keep at home, i suggest you keep some dips like hummus and guacamole in the refrigerator with carrot and celery to dunk. outside use fruit and nuts for easy accessibility and nutrition. for meals, work on the vegetables with pasta, rice, bulghar wheat and quinoa to provide bulk and fibre. lentils and chick peas also form the basis of meals like curries and burgers.

    I would suggest fruit and vegetable smoothies for a healthy nutritious snack - also helps you get your five a day !

    Veggie chips, kale chips, rice crackers, dried fruit, nuts

    salads, stir-fry, curry, egg salad sandwiches
