They're pretty much out of the title race. Arsenal are 8 points infront while Man City and Chelsea are just too strong as well. Even Liverpool look much much better than United right now but that may change in a couple months. Liverpool have Arsenal, Everton, Tottenham, Man City and Chelsea in 5 of their next 6 away games. We'll see what happens but one things for sure, United probably won't be challenging for the title this season.

It's not just about them, irony of ironies, It depends on what points everybody else drops I'd say though that a 15 point defeciet is going to be unrecoverable, especially if you take into account how they are playing, the ONE unknown factor in all this ; is nobody knows whether they are playing to their full capacity or if some players are on bad form, if it's the former then they really are in deep stumn!

Let's just say if we don't get 6 points from Fulham and Stoke we are f*cked, we need a draw against Arsenal and maybe go on a couple of games win streak. We can't afford to lose many more points.

Well last season they only lost 5 games... They've already lost 3.
They drew 5. They've already drawn 2...
They can't drop too many more.

I think they've already lost it.
If Arsenal, Chelsea or City had started this badly they would have been written off. No team has ever won the premier league after such a bad start.

They have dropped 13 points so far this season
Last season they dropped 25 overall and still dominated the league and won it by 11 points

I think their "title hopes"... are over already!..
It's not just about the Maths!... you look at how they are playing and the players they have available!.. there's no way they are gonna win the league... they'll probably lose at least 5 more games
