Why did English football team appoint foreign managers?
What a complete and utter disgrace, a country with a football tradition as long as Englands, appointing foreign mercenaries such as Flatulent Crappello and Sven Gormless Erikkson. Italy, Spain, France, Germany etc would NEVER appoint foreign managers. Countries such as Mozambique, China, Mongolia appoint overseas managers because they have no football traditions as such.
England is a laughing stock on the international football scene.

Seems like that there is an understood hidden theory between ppl that english is shite at football & coaches elsewhere are better, which aint wrong

Would you however think the same way if a foreign Manager win us the European Championship (never won) or World Cup (only won once back in 1966)?
Compare our major tournament track record of success to our European neighbours and see the difference etc? Most of the Managers since 1966 have been English and couldn't win a major tournament either.
In summary, the colour of the passport the England Manager holds is not of concern to me, nor it is an issue if he does not hold our brown UK one. The bottom line is results.

lol to be honest, who gives a ****, the whole damn team behind a foreign England manager is most probably English anyway, and they practically control the manager.
Why do you care now anyway? We got Roy Hodgson... And we're not that terrible.

fcuk me two thumbs down for the truth -the question stated germany (among other nations )would NEVER(his choice of capitals -not mine ) appoint a foreign manager yet the top team in germany is managed by a foreigner so why the thumbs down ?
