Never a penalty in a million years. The ref should be demoted into the conference.

Yes he was very lucky but remember the 2nd West Brom goal was unfair Iivanovic was fouled and the Ref didnt call and because of the West Brom scored so for me i think Justice was served.

The referee should be reprimanded not demoted. It is hard to be an honest referee when you have to defend yourself against aggressive players and fans alike.
