Traveling in black taxi with buggy? And baby?

I'm going to catch a taxi in glasgow city but I'll have my 6 month old baby with me in his buggy. It's only a 5 minute ride but don't want to walk because of weather. But what my question is, can I just push my buggy in instead of folding it? It would be so much easier. And wheelchairs use the cabs that way? But can I do it? Have you ever done it?

    Yes, as long as long as you use a proper black cab.

    When you phone the taxi company...........ASK THEM.
