I'm addicted to tumblr!?
How can I get off tumblr? I don't want to deactivate my account but yeah what can I do, it's so tempting to pick up my phone when I really need to sleep.

I had the same problem when I first did Yahoo!, but what I did was give myself 'x' amount of time or a point goal, and then, I walked away from it. It was tough but I took control of things.

luckily tumblr has a post limit of 250 posts, it doesnt seem like many, but its pretty hard to reach your post limit every day, when i first got my tumblr(2 years ago) i was obsessed, but i slowly 'calmed down' and i definately dont go on there as much as i used to but its still my favorite social networking site turn your phone off maybe?
