Do you find it funny that people are mocking liverpool for probably not winning the league?

When you consider for most the season people have been saying we would be lucky to make top four. What ever happens at the end of it Liverpool have achieved there seasons expectations and have took a huge step up.

Obviously I would love to have won the league but hey it could be worse we could be Man Utd

I find it funny that it's mostly coming from fans of clubs who will win nothing themselves and have had god awful seasons despite spending far more than Liverpool did.

Oddly enough, City fans have been the most respectful to us. United just lost to bottom of the table Sunderland at home yet they're on cloud 9 that their city rivals are now favourites, just shows how much their standards have dropped and how plastic their fans are.

No comment about Everton fans delighted their own team lost and bottling their first chance in ages to make Europe. Small club, plastic fans.

There can be no denying that it's been a fantastic season and that you've punched well above your financial weight. For me, the thing that's turned me from being a little bit jealous to just plain outright bitter is the constant talk from the media. I've noticed, though, that few Liverpool supporters notice - or perhaps agree - that every weekend, in every studio, there seems to be a requirement that says there must be at least one - usually two - former Liverpool players. If that wasn't bad enough, all they do is big up their former club while bashing the rest of us.

So, like I say, a lot of it is jealousy/bitterness. But that comes with title chasing, you know? Manchester United have been treated by lots of clubs just the same over the years. Now that Liverpool are back up there, it's their turn to be looked upon negatively by people with no affiliation to the club.

yeah its hillarious lol, there's even been at least two man utd fans who haven't been on here in years come back to celebrate haha... clearly to most mancs what liverpool does is more important than the performance of their own side, pretty pathetic tbh.

Not over yet anyway, city still have 2 games to win against good defensive sides and newcastle will be rolled over so a big win on monday could even leave the possibility of winning on g/d alive.

Yeah, that's because Liverpool have rivals with scum fanbases like Man United and Chelsea, they've always been animals. I wanted Liverpool to win it, number 1 they aren't Mancs, and number 2 City are just so boring and uninteresting.

It's just jealousy really... people hate to see us doing well... especially United fans since they're now just mid table sh^t...

I've laughed at them not winning it before though so i suppose i don't mind as much when they mock us because we're rivals...

It's all the f^cking Chelsea and City fans that bug me because they are just nothing... smaller than Villa and Notts Forest the pair of them...
