How to get rid of pop up ads?

So basically, pop up ads repeatedly come and there is this search engine called v9 that keeps taking over Google. How do I get rid of this stuff. I tried many things to get rid of v9 but it keeps coming back. Any help will be appreciated

First of all, check your plug-ins list for unknown plug-ins. Remove any, then restart.
If the pop-ups are still there, you might want to look for adwares on your computer. You can easily do this by opening C:&#92;Program Files and look for any software you don't recognise, or seems to be an advertisment software. Remove any, restart your computer and wish the bests.
If the problem persists, you might want to consider to look for an anti-malware software, that features removing such programs.
