can someone help me compare ASAP!!!?

so here is a website with two products of modems. Which one is better if i have windows 7 and 8. also what is the difference between the interfaces???

Update:

one is ethernet and the other isnt. which one should i get???

Update 2:

The provider told me to get the adsl2+. so is it better and worth getting???

  • TP-Link 1-Port ADSL2+ Modem (TD-8616) apparently is not compatible with Windows 8 (from what I can read).

    Not Sure about this one

    You don't need ethernet in this day and age if all you have is a decent computer you might need it though if you use a Smart Tv etc. for the price and customer reviews I would get this http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/tp-link-tp-...
