re a bmw r1150gs front wheel tyre.?

I have recently fitted a sidecar to my BMW R1150GS, (old age!!!) and now find with the front wheel 'round' profile tyre, I am on occasions getting 'sideways tramping'.

Current front tyre is a Continental size 110 - 80 - R19.

Dont particularly want to change the wheel so can any one suggest a 'square section tyre that will fit the 'stock' wheel please.
