whats with with my wifi signal guys ?

Update:

well my modem is working very well for my pc i get full speed internet , No One else uses my wifi cause im the only one who has it and when i try to connect with my phone it dosent give me traight up it sometimes goes down and up i went to other peoples place's they dont have that problem always up even when theres 20 people connecting to it

btw signal is full bars as my phone and my modem are in the same place

    Perhaps your modem's wifi signal is having problems, they are separate chips and it can be caused by other issues like appliances and baby monitors.

    An explanation of the problem you're having would be helpful.

    Edit: Full bars only means that your device is seeing the WiFi signal. Check the connection of the internet coming into the house and make sure the cable is seated properly to the WiFi hub. If it is, then unplug the power to the hub, wait ten seconds and plug it back in. This will reboot the hub and you should get your connection back. If rebooting the unit doesn't work, there is probably something wrong with it and will need to be replaced. It happens.
