    Are they bullying you?

    Or are they just being the boss and you feel picked on because they want you to work

    This is really vague.

    I don't know if your boss is bullying you, or if you are a boss who bullies people, or if it sounds nice because both of the words start with a 'b' or if that would make a good movie name...I could go on but I would be wasting my time.
