how to deregister as ltd company director?
my son opened ltd company last january..vat registered in april..i am director....i now wish i had not agreed ..i have not received any drawings ..how do i extricate myself from the company..any help please...

Each state has different requirements.Your Secretary of States office probably has a web site detailing these requirements.If not then contact that office and ask for the booklet detailing the requirements.It is important to do it properly if you are unsure contact an attorney.
