Can I deposit foreign currency on a visa debit card?

Hello all who may see this I am in Dubai currently and I have had a great time wow Dubai is more amazing than I thought but I have to return to the states in 2 days (should've purchased a one way lol but I'll be back very soon) so when I first came to this heavenly place I exchanged 10k usd for a little over 37k and balled out but now I have 10k and 4 foreign fee free debit cards that are excepted virtually anywhere and I was wondering can I make a cash deposit at 711 up the street and have the 10k total through each card (Dubai 711 waaay better lol no offense they even sing the 711 nation athem to foreign tourist thank you come again) also P.S I don't want to convert the money because that would result to 2700 USD lol no good
