If I charge $90 for my service when running a business how much will I get for my self?

There is NO WAY to know.
What service are you offering.
What expenses will you have. (cost of material - cost of travel to worksite - cost of any overhead....overhead are "needed" business expenses not directly related to the exact job - such as cost of phone or internet services that you might use to make your business run.)
Then don't forget about taxes. When you are your own boss running a business for yourself - YOU are responsible to set aside federal income taxes, social security taxes and medicare taxes on the profit you make. (you MIGHT even be responsible for collecting and paying sales tax depending on the type of service you are doing.)
YOU need to determine your expenses so that you know if you are making a profit for yourself. You didn't even tell us what service you are offering in your business.
