Do you like motherhood?
I am trying to conceive right now and have always wanted to be a mom. I know it's hard work because I nannied full time, 2 little ones, so I have realistic expectations on how much life will change. My concern is that all over the Internet there are moms posting about how much they HATE motherhood and it freaks me out. Do I just THINK I want this? Is there anyone out there who LOVES being mommy??

There are times my two sons drive me nuts! Lol times when I feel like all I do is clear up after them and argue with them to get this or that done..but even after a stressful day, when I've counted down the hours until the peace and quiet of bedtime..I go into their rooms and watch them sleep and think 'I made those' and my heart is filled with so much love I could burst! At times you'll go through days that murge into a blur of chores and 'must do' things...but then they'll smile, or laugh, or hug you so tightly..that we hang onto those moments..and the hard work feels worth it! Do I ALWAYS love being a mom? No I'm human lol would I change it? No way! We are now expecting baby number three :)

There are times when I'm tired, when my kids drive me nuts and when I need alone time so much I could cry. But the good times are far more frequent and way much heavier than any bad days I might have. I love being a mom and if I could go back I wouldn't do anything different. Nothing beats hugs, kisses, smiles and laughter from my little ones. They make my day and give me so much happiness.

Well, I had my child at 15 and it was really stressful because I had school still and things to do. I mostly left my child with my parents to go off to school and do things. But either then that, it's the most beautiful thing to be a mother. I'm glad I had my child, he's the only thing that keeps me going. Having a kid will change your life. It could either be bad or good. Mines was excellent and I'm happy, I'm 20, living in my own place and with my beautiful kid.
