"Psychic detectives" don't have anything to do with solving crimes. Police departments don't use them, apart from the very rare and quite unsanctioned psychic consultation an employee of that department might undertake.

Deductive reasoning creating sequential and circumstantial evidence along with these crimes usually being ten years old or older cannot be proof.The police have there hands full with present

Because last time I gave accurate information to a WPC about a murder case I was very nearly a suspect based on how else would I know about it?
So I now keep my mouth shut on such cases.

Because their testimony is not acceptable in court. Although they have been known to INSPIRE new "approaches" or "angles" in the minds of officers investigating a case, that can sometimes lead to it being solved.
