How to heal my gut?

Should i go on a plant base diet including whole grain, fruit, veggie, healthy fat, and probiotic to heal my gut or protein base to substitute for whole grain? I do my research online and its not clear for me.

    You go to a doctor and get a real diagnosis then discuss your diet options. Self diagnosis and treatment can be dangerous and often fails.
