What do Christians think of Ben Carson's claim that the Egyptian pyramids were built by Joseph to store grain?

He seems to think that it's just 'secular progressives' who 'don't believe in the bible' who find his claims ridiculous.

Sounds very Republican to me. Build an 8 Trillion dollar structure to store 500,000 tons of grain. With Trump or Carson as president have to figure the Chinese will buy the US at 10 cents on the dollar.

Ben Carson has also suggested that we should consider turning old grain silos into mausoleums.

Furthermore, he believes that the Great Wall of China was built to defend China against Philistine giants.

Ben Carson is an idiot. His Christian ideology is rediculous. The pyramids were for the godkings and godqueens after they died

well, its not an orthodox explanation,

among other theories they are burial sites for pharoahs, or they might even be a symbolism of the stars, maybe even a star gate. ive never heard of the grain storage theory.

It is not what I believe, as I believe that Bible stories are allergories. He has a right to believe differently.
