How does one submit a question on this site? It keeps refusing me.?

Update:

I`m on a desktop in the UK and my question seems to have got through somehow, but elsewhere on this site the newest questions that I can find are 4 or 5 days in any section, maybe everybody is having the same problem? Regards, Bob.

On Mobile switch to desktop link.

That will happen if you have too many certain characters, the filter will stop it from posting.

The % sign is one and needs to be spelled out or a question won t post..

You are limited to 5 questions a day so if over the limit none will post.

==== If you go over the character limit on a Question or the details the box will be outlined in Red and have a minus # which is how much over the limit you are.

You will need to shorten it by that number for it to submit. You have 140 characters for the Question title where it says What s up?.

Then click Details. Details character limit is 2500 Desktop. ... 1500 on Mobile.

That may be the spam filter that causes that. It will happen with images and some links, even with Yahoo Help pages links. Some are held for review and post later but some won't at all.
