So I juat moved in with my father, and he gave me some non-negotiable terms. I need help with one.?

One of the terms was, I will not bring food in my room he doesn t want to risk getting ants and bugs. I respect that. Then one night...this night. I got high with a friend, and we went to Mavericki got a Mountain Dew and a bag Funyuns. My buddy drops me off back at my dads. I get back in the house quietly. With my drink and Funyuns, and I go down straight to my rooms. 5 hours later I am not as high and I reliazed I brought food to my room. I knew I would get in trouble if he found out, I thought I could throw it away, but then I remembered he has a camera, with might vision watching his front door. Which is the door I came in with the food. And I know he will approach me, because he heard me leave. And come back and when he looks at the Camera recordings, he will know I took food downstairs to my room. Do you guys have any ideas or ways I could avoid getting in trouble, or ways to persuade him, to think I didn t take the food to my room, but I at in the downstairs living room??

    munchies are a terrible thing. lol. he seems to be pretty strict about this rule, so rather than upset him, seems more prudent for you just to follow his rules, rather than trying to find a way around them. you can of course bring it up to him in a casual conversation. if you do that, make sure you have all of your pros and cons lined up so you can come up with a reasonable argument. you might throw in that you would even put some roach and ant traps in your room should anything ever drop on the carpet.

    If he's got pics of you going in with it, he'll have pics of you leaving with it. Leave it alone, but if he asks, tell the truth: Forgot the rule, but I got it out as soon as I woke up. Sorry.

    IF he actually checks the vision of the evening before and IF he assumes you must have taken the stuff to your room he'll say something
