5 AnswersYahoo Answers5 years agoburn cream product being promoted on TV lately - seems they recommend for all manner of burns - hot water and so on - could that be correct?
Ive been given to believe that no creams or even dressings should be applied
rather 10 - 20 minutes of running water before seeking medical attention or leave it as is being mindful of infection
