so, just to confirm - I cant upload any picture to Yahoo Answers at present? - no changes at my end will fix it?

The past weeks uploading from your computer saved files is nonfunctional for everyone, no one can upload images from their saved files no matter what level.
No one knows why for sure they stopped it or if it was intentional, but it sure cuts down on images we do not need to see especially all the obscene images from Tumblr.
You can upload the image to Flickr, they will most times allow you to have the image be seen.

Yahoo stopped doing that a couple of years ago and have promised to reintroduce it ever since
