Is Ocean's Eleven a remake of The Anderson Tapes?

Update:

I watch some of the Anderson Tapes on an Encore station and it was a very good film from 1971 and realized now why I like Ocean's Eleven.

The basic plot is the same, just a smaller scale.

It is a remake of the of the 1960s Rat Pack( Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, sammy Davis Jr, Peter Lawford & Joey Biship) movie Ocean's 11.
