Have any users lost an appeal lately?
Or is every violation that is appealed automatically restored?

Well going by some restored reports it does appear that anyone who appeals now wins the appeal no matter what it was. Notice too there aren't questions asking or whining about why they were reported and get that useless answer saying post it here verbatim and we will tell you if it was in violation and why it was reported, but instead there is a lot of gloating about winning and how they always win appeals.
Asking about violations here will get different answers about what is and isn't a violation so not helpful at all.
It is like the guidelines have been trashed but can still be found and many are taking full advantage of that and is very noticeable in this category with the rants, the accusing, call outs, linking to profiles and just plain nastiness. The comment boxes are used to argue and insult.
There is a lot of hypocrisy and self righteousness going on with the do as i say not what i do.

I win every time I appeal and the reinstatement usually occurs in 2-4 minutes. My fastest was just below 60 seconds. Obviously, appeals have been delegated to computers.
My wins are legit, but I am seeing crap answers reinstated. And I mean the normal drival like "idk" and "Google it!"

Seems like everything that is report except the 1-800 spam bots are getting overturned these days. You can see it on this website with all the trolls moving and asking racist, sexual and stupid questions. As for me I never lose an appeal but I don't break the rules either.
