I make my own Hummus, it's very easy. Just chickpeas and oil in the blender. Tahini can be used for anything you like, like a dip

Really, just hummus. You can make lovely hummus without the tahini. Also, a jar of tahini can last for years.

"Anyone ever make their own hummus?" Yes. It's delicious and super fast/easy with a food processor. And cheaper than store bought.
"What else can Tahini be used for?" Salad dressings, sauces for grilled meat, spread for sandwiches, filling for gyros, it's also often mixed with something sweet like syrup for a sweet bread dip.

Yes. I add Tahini to my tzatziki sauce. It actually works with cucumbers and yogurt.

Many people just mix it with lemon juice and use it as a salad dressing or veggie dip that way.
