How hard is it to get into navy currently if I got chapter 11 els from army in 2013? Re code 3 neutral discharge. Was in less than 180 days.?

    Never happen for you.

    You had your chance and even people with an Honorable discharge with a better RE code than 3 can't get in again.

    With an ELS, you will never again be accepted into any branch of the military. You're through.
