How should I cook these dumplings? Simmer in broth?
We received an amazing gift from a local deli (Montreal) but no instructions. There are cold cuts, salads, bread, AND TWO containers of chicken broth and TWO containers of DUMPLINGS. (Very soft doughy balls). So heat the broth in a saucepan? Add dumplings and simmer??? How long should they simmer?

You have received Matzo balls.
They should simmer until they are warmed through .

bring broth to full rolling boil that can't be stirred down. add the dumplings and allow to boil hard about 5 minutes, turn heat down to simmer and put lid on saucepan for about 15 minutes.
