Is my dog growing too fast? EDIT?

I have a kc registered blue staffordshire bull terrier, and I know the average height for a female is 14-16inches... My pup is only 14 weeks and she's standing at 12inches already, she is also weighing 6.5kg (14lbs), but defo not overweight. Is this normal?

EDIT

I'm from the UK, so it is just KC registered, she is full pedigree though. The parents stood at around 18/19inches, but I just thought she was growing very fast?

At 4 months of age, switch to an adult maintenance diet. Puppies grow fast but you need to slow them down at the 4 months mark.

KC registered and well bred KC registered are two different things and you should have gone by the parents. The breeder has deliberately bred two dogs that are above KC standard, so hope you were not wanting to show.

Ask your breeder and/or your vet, since genetics, is ultimately a determining factor as is proper feeding.
