Should more research be done on the genetic disorders of IVF babies?
It is looking as if IVF babies tend to have genetic disorders which will lead to health problems later in life which will shorten their lives.
Do you think that IVF and other methods of non natural conception should be halted until more in known about the possible life sentences of early deaths of the children born using these methods?
I can't think that the stress of knowing that you will have an early death because of the way you were conceived can be good for anyone? It is also possible that the genetic disorder could be passed down to future generations.

it's fairly obvious that IVF evades the natural strongest fastest system of fertilization , random sperm are used and may be faulty or weak

Oh, bull. I'm an IVF patient, both my husband and I have been screened to see if we are carriers for any major genetic conditions (negative), and our embryos are also screened to check for chromosomal normalcy. Any child of ours is at no higher risk of genetic disorders than a child resulting from natural conception, and in fact may be at quite a bit LESS risk since no embryo with a chromosomal duplication or deletion would be chosen for implantation.
