Will Tillerson have to remain kneeling when he explains the Tomahawk strike to Putin?

    No. I don't think so.

I despise Tillerson, BTW, and I despise both Trump and Putin. It's obscene that Trump has named the former head of Exxon Mobil to be Secretary of State, and it's questionable for the head of the world's biggest private oil company to be on a diplomatic mission to Russia, where Exxon Mobil has huge economic interests.

But your question is just rhetorical. It's cute, for people who want to point to the ties between the Russians and both Trump and Tillerson. But literally speaking, the answer is undoubtedly "no."
