Should the 49ers or Jets try to sign Colin Kaepernick or RG3 before it's too late?

So the two "saviors" for their teams looked pathetic. Let's look at the stats.

Josh McCown: had an embarrassing 56 QB rating with 187 yards and two interceptions. To be honest he looked like an old man way past his prime which wasn't even great to begin with.

Brain Hoyer argued that he shouldn't even be in the league. He helped lead his team to 3 points had 190 yards passing and 2 turnovers.

Now let's look at Kaepernick and RG3's stats

Kaepernick: 72 TD's 30 INT's 89 QB rating

RG3: 42 TD's 26 INT's 88 QB Rating

Is it time for these teams to give up and get a guy who can win before it's too late?

Actually, it depends on their work ethic during every offseason. If Colin Kaepernick and Robert Griffin III work hard and perform very well in practice every day, they will greatly improve their chances of getting signed to play for NFL teams, such as the San Francisco 49ers or New York Jets, in the future.

RG III is injury prone and can't run a conventional offense. Kaepernick would be the better choice of the two, but an offense would have to be tailored to him too. He cut his ties with SF and the Jets don't want a better QB while they tank this year.

It's pretty apparent that the Jets and the 49ers aren't trying to realistically compete, so no. RG3 is terrible and can't even practice without getting hurt..

Oh look here is someone who thinks he knows better than the coaches and staff of proffesional teams, Kaepernick is bad for business and finally he is gone, good riddance.
