Should the Bears look at signing RG3 or Colin Kaepernick?

Mike Glennon has played awful and I mean awful. Then again what do you expect from him? Their's a reason why Winston started so early on.

Glennon this season has 5 touchdowns and 8 turnovers which is costing a solid bears team from making progress. The rookie Trubisky is a project and is not ready.

Why not go for a vet who's been to the playoffs or one who was just a throw from winning the super bowl. Heck even Josh Freeman would be better then Mike Glennon who is making $16 million this year.

Thoughts?

Actually, it depends on their work ethic during every offseason. If Robert Griffin III and Colin Kaepernick work hard and perform very well in practice every, they will greatly improve their chances of getting signed for an NFL team, such as the Chicago Bears, in the future.

Neither would do any better then what they currently have, I do not watch the bears nor Glennon. So all i get is second hand info but I only get it from a few, I believe, proven sources. They pretty much say the same thing, while not great, the bears issues do not start with Glennon. Although he takes most of the blame, they got more things they need to deal with before they switch up.

Colin Kaepernick.......in all fairness, was in the process of waning, when he was cut.

    Kneeling flap or not.

Many coaches said at that time.....that he was struggling to even make the cut that year. Had they kept him.......they would have been obliged to pay signing bonuses, and the next years salary, when he wasn't showing all that much promise. The kneeling flap, surely made their decision EASIER.------

but they all swear he was already on thin ice.

Trubisky is or future... Gleenen same as Cutler is only playing cuz we paid him stupid millions... The organization doesn't want to look bad by benching their million dollar qb..

Kaepernick is just flat out not good. It still baffles me when people suggest that teams sign him.

RG3 has the same problem now that he had in college - he's good until you hit him. Then he plays scared the rest of the game.

For what possible reason? They are going to Trubisky when they switch (did you forget they had him?)

No, they just need to wake up, smell the coffee and start Trubisky. He was clearly the better QB in the pre season, so just admit it was a mistake signing Glennon and move on.

Why? It's not like the Bears are going to compete this year. Have Glennon start until Trubisky is ready.

Why even mention RG3? He's terrible and he's never healthy.
