Why can't I access any new questions? Nothing moved for 1 week no incoming or outgoing. Have I accidentally locked myself out or something?

Update:

I tried clicking on EVERY category, they are all out of date, some a answers from a decade ago - can you believe that? Nothing is moving. I have clicked on answers instead of Discover, it made no difference. I will try signing out and then signing in again. Thanks for your help but not found out what to do to solve the problem yet.

You have NOT been locked out. YA puts you in the Discover questions which are hours, days or a week or more by default. YA was programmed to work that way years ago.

The recent questions are the Answer questions. Look above the question list. Is Discover in bolder font than Answers. Left click or tap Answers.

Server computers and do not like or unlike YA users.

It's actually a well posted about glitch that you don't see the posts about because they keep disappearing. The glitch has happened before (in past years), several times, but could take weeks to resolve. Oath is aware of it, but we don't know when it will be fixed. If you click on a main category, instead of a subcategory, you will see at least some more recently asked questions, even when they aren't visible in the subcategory question list (feed).

Possibly or YA have taken a dislike to you. Try signing out and back in.

I've never worked out how YA selects questions it shows me, sometimes I get two or three new questions then the next on the list is from three days ago.
