Phone ringtone keeps going off but when I check it nothing's there?
My phone, an LG K30, keeps sounding its ringtone and notification tone when I'm not being called and there's nothing to notify me about. I know it's NOT the phenomenon where you think it's vibrating or sounding when it actually isn't because the rest of my family can hear it too.
What can I do to fix this?

start by looking in the owners manual and maybe removing the battery for a minute then reinstalling it
