Does God have an opinion?
I realize that commands are never opinions. But if I, for example, asked God, "Do you think people should obey your commands?" do you think he would have an opinion, one way or the other?
I realize that facts are facts, and God, being omniscient, knows them all. Mankind, on the other hand, doesn't, and must therefore sometimes opine as to what the facts actually are; God doesn't have to do that. But it's not always about facts; sometimes it's about subjective preferences, like - who's the prettiest? or - what's the best song?

Yes..he thought by giving intelligence all will go well..now he regret that intelligence is being used to bring all his other wonderful creations to extinct..

God does have an opinion. God's "opinion" is truth, which is found in the Bible.
Jesus is God! Jesus loves you! Death leads to immediate heaven or hell, and it is too late to be saved, after death. The only way to heaven is by believing in Jesus. The truth is that believing in Jesus to take you to heaven apart from any of your works, is the only way to heaven. Jesus paid it all, so believe in Jesus, and you're saved. There is no chance to be saved after death. Jesus Christ is God, Jesus died on the cross to pay for all of our sins, all sins past and future, to make all our sins forgiven, past and future, and then Jesus resurrected from the dead. Nothing else pays for our sins, not works or deeds or religions or anything. You cannot add any works to salvation (Romans 4:5). So to be in heaven and not in eternal torment in the lake of fire, believe in Jesus Christ to take you to heaven. That easy! Tell Jesus right now that you believe in Jesus for eternal life, and you will be in heaven! Jesus loves you and wants to bless you now and throughout your life and forever!...

God knows everything, He has Foreknowledge of the future.
God never uses one’s outward physical appearance to determine beauty, He looks upon the inner beauty -- Just as He no longer sees our imperfections; He sees the righteousness of His own Son instead [Ephesians 2:13]; [Hebrews 8:12]. Because we are in Christ, God sees Christ’s righteousness covering us.

When having opinion, that is mean ,can be accepted,argue or deny.But for GOD the Lord of all the worlds , then can not be called opinion but only can be called commandments of GOD.

Plenty of them. He's never expressed one himself but there are lots of people who are eager to speak on his behalf and tell you what his opinions are. A lot of the time they conflict with each other. In fact his opinions cover both sides of nearly every topic.
