What I would do with a legal marijuana business in colorado?
My sister asked me what I would do with a legal marijuana business in colorado.
I told her that here's what I'm going to do if you want to help me get into it legally with a license and a tax number in colorado.
The first thing I would do i buy myself a house in Aspen, cash money up front.
Paid off, right there at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services or Century 21.
The 2nd thing I'm doing is I'm buying myself a mercedes benz SUV and Sedan.
The third thing I'm doing is I'm getting myself Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health, Dental and Vision insurance.
The fouth thing I'm doing is I'm buying myself the top Ashley furniture and Dillards and Nieman Marcus clothing.
And then I'm adopting some kids and buying a dog...
and I'm going skiing.

Sell, sell, sell. It won't last forever. Buying stuff can happen AFTER. iT IS A FAD. Once the fad rush is over then it is a business with lots of competition who will be undercutting your prices. Your profits become almost nothing at that point.

Yes you can make money, but like any business needs to find the right place, get licensed to sell etc. Now this site shows I (believe) the monthly costs that you could incur, since you have rent, utilities, insurance, salaries of employees, security and maybe legal costs etc.
Just like any (new) business needs inventory, plus many of them plant/sell. So my guess is that you would need a bank or someone to pay for this, that you would need to pay back, just like a mortgage or car loan. But, NO, you won't just retire and live off the profits, since odds are you will be working to keep it afloat.
Yes, like many dreamers out there, think wow, can open and make a shi?load of cash in this business since now is legalized, but you will be competing with many others like you, that most likely go broke, since wont' be able to afford to keep open against the competition.

keep dreaming, doper..........many of the pothouses there are closing down, mainly because there's no where to smoke that garbage legally
